If you are using this site on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that entity.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using nairaseed.com immediately.

Nairaseed does not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes. We hate spam as much as you do.

9 Exchange Rate Data

Nairaseed displays live Naira exchange rate data as a convenience feature for our readers. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Exchange rates displayed on this site are sourced from third-party APIs and are indicative only
  • Rates are updated approximately every 15 minutes and may lag real-time market rates
  • The rates shown do not represent the rates available from any specific bank, money transfer operator, bureau de change, or financial institution
  • Actual rates available to you will depend on your bank, transfer service, amount, timing, and other factors
  • Nairaseed makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the exchange rate data
  • You should always verify rates directly with your bank or money transfer service before transacting
  • Nairaseed accepts no liability for any financial loss arising from reliance on exchange rate data displayed on this site

10 Third-Party Links & Affiliates

nairaseed.com contains links to third-party websites, apps, products, and services. These links are provided for your convenience and information only.

Third-Party Sites

We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. A link from nairaseed.com does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of that site or its content. When you leave our site via a third-party link, you do so at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and policies.

Affiliate Relationships

Some links on nairaseed.com may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase or sign up for a service. This comes at no additional cost to you. Where affiliate relationships exist, we will disclose them clearly in the relevant article or page, consistent with Nigerian advertising standards and best practices.

The existence of an affiliate relationship does not influence our editorial opinion. We only recommend products and services that we believe are genuinely useful to our readers.

Sponsored Content

Where content on nairaseed.com has been paid for by a sponsor or advertiser, it will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored", "Paid Partnership", or similar. Sponsored content represents the views of the sponsor, not necessarily those of Nairaseed's editorial team.

11 Advertising

Nairaseed displays third-party advertisements to support our operations and keep our content free to readers. By using this site, you acknowledge that:

  • Advertisements are served by third-party platforms, including Google AdSense
  • We do not control the specific advertisements displayed to you
  • Advertisers pay for placement on our site, not for editorial coverage
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers
  • Clicking on advertisements takes you to third-party sites governed by their own terms

You may use browser-based ad blockers; we understand and respect your choice. We ask that you consider whitelisting nairaseed.com as advertising is our primary revenue source that allows us to provide free content to Nigerian readers.

12 Disclaimers & Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Nairaseed provides this website and all its content "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Always verify information with authoritative sources before acting on it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such cases, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Limitation of Liability
